use our template to create your business plan.

 

Think about the future. How will you grow your business? What will you do with the PROFITS you make? Will you use any of this money to buy more supplies to sell more PRODUCTS,

or do more MARKETING?

 

As well as making a business plan for how things will go well, it can also be very helpful to think about a ‘plan B.’ Are there any things that might go wrong with your plan? (Any risks?) For example, if you can’t get hold of essential materials to make your PRODUCTS, and you run out of STOCK, what would you do?

 

What if someone else starts selling something similar, maybe at a cheaper price, and people stop buying from you: what would you do? Do you have any other business ideas?
